Mesa Vista Estates Irrigation Water Delivery District

A working irrigation system increases property values.
Establishing an Irrigation Water Delivery District (IWDD) ensures our neighborhood will have the funds to maintain our irrigation system as it continues to age.

General Info

A water district is a legally tested structure that will ensure a well-maintained system for the long-term future of the Mesa Vista Estates irrigation system.

Our neighborhood irrigation system is worth saving!

It is a blessing: inexpensive canal water gushes from the ground, giving life to our lawns, trees, flowers and shrubs.

Why establish the Mesa Vista Estates Irrigation Water Delivery District?

Service Area

Landowners within the Mesa Vista Estates Subdivision, which is located within the City of Mesa and generally bounded by E. Jensen Street on the north, E. Mesa Vista Lane on the south, N. Mesa Drive on the west, and N. Dresden on the east, desire to organize an irrigation water delivery district under Arizona Revised Statutes Title 48, Chapter 20 to be known as the Mesa Vista Estates Irrigation Water Delivery District.

There are a total of 89 properties in our proposed district. A map of the Mesa Vista Estates Irrigation Water Delivery District is avaiable here.Map of the Mesa Vista Estates Irrigation Water Delivery District
